ORDER STATUS

Track Your Order

To check the status, please enter your order number, Email and Billing zip code.

Please  note:  order processing takes 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when it ships. After it ships, your order will be delivered via your selected delivery method. 

Modify or Cancel an Order

Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed. Please call us at( 630)-863-7449 to cancel your order or request updates within that 30-minute timeframe. After that, your order will begin processing, and can no longer be changed. Please note, we are unable to add or make changes to the items in your order.

Find Your Order Number

Your order number is listed near the top of your order confirmation email — sent within 15 minutes of purchasing. It also appears in your shipping confirmation email, along with the tracking number for your package. You can also find your order number by visiting My Account.

Review Your Order History

If you’re a registered customer, you can review your past orders. Only orders that you made while logged into your account will be traceable. Visit My Account.
